• Account information: name, email address, and password (or authentication credentials if using a sign-in provider) when you create an account.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details on our servers — Paddle handles this in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, tier purchased) for our own business and tax records.
• Assessment responses and results: your answers to the ShapeID assessment, and the report generated from them (your dominant shape, anchor shape, and full report content), are stored and tied to your account so you can view your results and history over time.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, which may be collected automatically through standard analytics tools.

• To create and maintain your account and deliver the assessment/report you purchased.
• To process payments and manage your purchase and credit history.
• To communicate with you about your account, purchase, or support requests.
• To improve the Site and the assessment over time.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

The following limited exceptions apply, as necessary to operate the Site and comply with the law:

• Paddle (payment processing and merchant of record) receives the information necessary to process your payment. We do not control or store your full payment details.
• Lovable Cloud (our hosting, database, and account email provider) receives information necessary to operate the Site and send you account-related emails.
• We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
• Anonymized, aggregated data (with all personally identifying information removed) may be archived and used for future research, presentations, product development, and similar purposes. This does not include your name, email, or any information that could identify you individually.
• If you are part of a Team purchase, only the aggregate, anonymized Team Profile (shape distribution, no names) is visible to the person who purchased the Team package. Your individual report remains visible only to you.

• Your account and report history are retained for as long as your account remains active.
• Purchased assessment credits expire 12 months after purchase if unused. Expiration of a credit does not delete your account or any previously completed reports.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our contact form.

ShapeID is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality (e.g., keeping you signed in) and analytics.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
