Affectionately known as Dr. Ashley, she is an international award-winning speaker, author, and strategist. Her doctoral research gave rise to COGNITIVE DIVERSITY APPRECIATION (CDA™), and ShapeID is her original, independent body of work.
ShapeID was born from a simple observation: teams don't fall apart because people are different. They fall apart because they don't have a language for those differences. The seven ShapeID thinking styles give teams that language — and a path from friction to collaboration.
Above all, she is a loving mother, wife, and community advocate who uses inclusion and innovation to help shape a more connected world — working with leaders, teams, and organizations to turn cognitive diversity from a buzzword into a strategy.
